1st Part Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores. Our warehouse employees work an average of fewer than 30 hours per week in ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Comprehensive training and safety programs are provided to equip our associates with the necessary skills for success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and commitment to success.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and operate machinery in warehouse environments.
