Senior Manager, Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager, Medical Affairs specializing in Training & Excellence to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the US Medical Affairs training objectives, strategy plans, and learning programs. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, facilitate internal meetings, maintain training content, and evaluate the success of training programs. This position requires advanced knowledge in Science or Medicine, and at least 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with USMA Training and Excellence team and internal stakeholders.
• Develop onboarding plans and continued education for USMA teams.
• Maintain and update training content for assigned therapeutic areas.
• Evaluate and adapt training programs based on adult learning principles.
• Contribute to the vision and refinement of the capabilities of the Medical team.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Science or Medicine - PhD, PharmD or MD.
• 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs.
• Strong understanding of Medical Affairs function and training/excellence needs.
• Experience in adult learning education and training programs.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Salary:

The full base pay range for this role is $148,000-$222,000, with additional benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k, and flexible paid vacation.
