Associate Medical Director, Medical Affairs - Oncology

Job Description

We are currently looking for an Associate Medical Director, Medical Affairs - Oncology to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing life-changing medicines for patients with serious diseases. In this role, you will primarily support US Medical Affairs activities related to HER2+ target therapy in Gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma (GEA) and Biliary tract cancers (BTCs).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain non-promotional, evidence-based scientific and educational programs in support of HER2+ target therapy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute regional medical strategies and initiatives.
• Provide medical support for Market Access, Marketing activities, sales training, and sales leadership.
• Ensure compliance with policies and timelines for all medical activities.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience.
• Strong clinical or scientific background in Oncology.
• Expertise in clinical-medical trial data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Travel Requirement

20-30% domestic travel
