Director, Statistical Programming (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for a Director of Statistical Programming to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This remote position will involve managing product leaders, overseeing clinical studies, and planning new studies. The Director will lead statistical analysis and programming activities, ensuring compliance with SOPs for quality deliverables. Strong management skills are essential for overseeing regular and contract statistical programmers.

Responsibilities

• Manage Clinical Analysis Reporting Leads for timely execution
• Collaborate with key functions for project delivery and improvements
• Work with product leads to manage priorities and resources
• Budget management and statistical programming QC
• Develop performance standards and conduct team assessments
• Lead a positive and results-driven work environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Statistics or related field
• 15+ years in statistical programming in Pharma/Biotech
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and project management abilities
• Experience with global clinical trial practices and regulations
• Proficiency in SAS programming and willingness to adapt to new tools
• Highly motivated with the ability to work well under pressure
