1st Part Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join ALDI, a rapidly expanding company. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality goods. This position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week and a starting wage of $21.50 per hour.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvement and ensure quality and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures in the warehouse.
