Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. This role involves efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain warehouse standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality and safety.
• Collaborates and cooperates with team members.
• Possesses a positive attitude and resilience.
• Efficiently organizes and executes tasks.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered equipment.
