1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers a starting wage of up to $19.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay) with an average of 30-35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders from stores, handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to overall warehouse productivity.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Work independently within delegated responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted warehouse goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and physical settings.
