Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Shift Details

• Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time
• Currently hiring for: Schedule B

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect and report product quality and safety issues.
• Operate equipment safely.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
