Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various duties such as receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety. This position offers competitive pay based on shift differentials and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
