Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly to meet store requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse based on product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report quality or safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Flexibility to work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
