Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and shipping merchandise efficiently to support our stores' operations. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements through general cleaning.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
- Provide input for process improvement and quality assurance.
- Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physically able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Knowledge of basic arithmetic and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
