Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership. This role requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain communication with peers and leaders.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and report any product quality or safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and moving product up to 45 pounds.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and operating powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
