Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with the team for operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and budget goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt to change, and work efficiently.
• Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
