Job Title: 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Salary: Starting wage up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment; unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning and adhere to safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate within delegated responsibility.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow procedures, including ergonomic practices and equipment operation.
• Alert management to product and safety issues.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
