Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will be responsible for various duties such as receiving and stocking merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise effectively.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Operate equipment safely and adhere to procedures.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
