1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate for the 1st Shift at Aldi. This position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week, with starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour. We have multiple schedule options available, including Schedule D and Schedule B, to suit your availability and preferences.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and product quality assessments.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.
• Execute tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organize tasks efficiently, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varied temperatures and environments.
