1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. This role involves efficiently managing the flow of merchandise in the warehouse, preparing orders for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating with peers and leadership to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Follow company policies and procedures efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic proficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks.
