Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the Aldi team. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the seamless flow of products. Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues independently.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and work in various temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
