Job Description
We are looking for a dependable 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication and process improvement.
- Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
- Support warehouse management in achieving goals and budget targets.
- Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic arithmetic skills for inventory management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and operate equipment in varying warehouse conditions.
