1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift differentials. The role involves various schedules, including A1, A2, B, C, and D shifts, each with unique workdays and offs.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Offer input to enhance warehouse processes and achieve budgeted goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate positive attitude and resilience.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks following company standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work in various temperature environments.
