1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise within the warehouse, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize merchandise according to guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Ability to adapt to challenges and changes positively.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
