1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Aldi is looking for a dedicated and reliable 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in efficiently fulfilling orders, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to a collaborative working environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to meet safety requirements.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products and communicate quality/safety concerns.
• Independently execute assigned tasks within set guidelines.
• Assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organize and execute tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently or in a team.
