As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Inspect and maintain product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and adaptability.
• Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
