Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. The position offers competitive wages and benefits in a dynamic work environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Monitor product quality, safety, and sanitation.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated conscientious work ethic and collaboration skills.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organization and execution abilities.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate warehouse equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
