1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse standards for safety and cleanliness are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and follow safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating industrial equipment is a plus.
