Warehouse Associate Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities.

Job Type

Full-Time, up to 35 hours per week

Starting Wage

Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour

Shift

1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers and management.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 45 pounds.
• Comfortable working in various temperatures.
• Capable of operating powered industrial equipment.
