Job Description
We are currently seeking Full-Time Warehouse Associates to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Move and organize merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Load and unload shipments in preparation for delivery.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
- Perform tasks efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
- Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and handle up to 45 pounds of product.
- Move merchandise throughout the warehouse and prepare for deliveries.
- Engage in various physical activities in warehouse environments.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely and effectively.
