1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This role offers up to $23.50 per hour and 1st Shift timings starting at 7:00 AM.

Currently hiring for:

• Schedule D
• Schedule B

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday
• Schedule B: Saturday-Sunday (2 out of every 3 weeks)
• Schedule C: Saturday-Sunday (every other weekend)
• Schedule D: Monday-Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stock selection and receiving
• Merchandise relocation and sorting
• Loading and unloading merchandise
• Warehouse cleaning and inventory
• Collaboration with peers and management

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Quality and safety awareness
• Team collaboration
• Positive attitude and resilience
• Efficiency and organization
• Basic arithmetic skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Operate powered equipment
• Work in varying temperatures

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
