Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving and fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and ensure safety standards.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
