1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking Full-Time Warehouse Associates to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise according to warehouse guidelines, including sorting, organizing, and loading for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated concern for quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to organize, execute efficiently, and work in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operational knowledge of basic arithmetic equations and company policies.
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
