Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the smooth operations of our warehouse.
Job Type
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
- Starting Wage: Up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)
- Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
- Provide input for process improvements and product quality.
- Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.
- Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Good physical condition to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse.
