Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock and preparing merchandise for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, physical agility, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Shifts

We are currently hiring for various shifts including Schedule D, Schedule A2, and Schedule B. Each schedule has specific working days and offs, providing flexibility based on your preferences and availability.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to follow instructions.
