We are looking for a talented 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring stock is managed effectively and orders are fulfilled accurately. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise in preparation for shipment.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Assist in making process improvements as needed.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
