1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. The position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. Your responsibilities will include product handling, inventory management, and ensuring warehouse safety and cleanliness standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and quality.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines and report any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Adaptable to pressure, setbacks, and challenges.
• Driven to deliver excellent performance and improve results.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse.
