Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members and provide input for process improvement.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
- Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and efficiency in executing tasks.
- Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move objects up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Work in various temperatures and environments.
