Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour. The available shift is 1st Shift with a 7:00 AM start time. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various duties such as selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety. Additionally, you will be expected to collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership to achieve operational goals. The job requires individuals to be 18 years of age or older, demonstrate conscientious work behavior, collaborate with the team, maintain a positive attitude, and drive for success. Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team are essential. Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 pounds, operating powered industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
