Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. This role involves efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
