Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality assurance.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
