Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and collaborating with team members for an optimal workflow.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Suggest process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate industrial equipment.
• Adapt to varying temperatures and physical demands.
