Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. Our warehouse plays a crucial role in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores, allowing our customers to enjoy quality products. This position is part-time, with employees working fewer than 30 hours per week, offering a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines and load strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness to meet safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and make process improvement suggestions to management.
• Inspect products for quality and safety, alert management to any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills and the ability to interpret and apply company procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
