Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As an integral part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. The role involves working in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, with comprehensive training provided to ensure your success.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load, unload, and prepare merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Offer input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report quality or safety issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication, basic math skills, and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold, and operate powered industrial equipment.
