We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour and involves working fewer than 30 hours per week. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with the team to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving operational goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude with a drive for success.
• Efficient organization and execution skills.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, and work in varying temperatures.
