Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. Our teams work in ambient and temperature-controlled environments and receive comprehensive training to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Act conscientiously, collaborate with the team, demonstrate a positive attitude, drive for success, and organize tasks efficiently.
• Ability to interpret company policies, excellent communication skills, basic arithmetic, attention to detail, and teamwork ability.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures, stand, bend, lift, and walk throughout the warehouse.
