1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse plays a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our customers' satisfaction. As an essential part of our team, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. We provide comprehensive training and prioritize safety to equip our associates for success.

Job Type

Part-Time (< 30 hours per week)

Starting Wage

$23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide feedback to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to ergonomic practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, drives for success, and efficient in organization and execution.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
