1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, assisting with inventory counts, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, adapt, drive for success, and organize efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
