1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members and superiors, provide input for process improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process enhancement and budget achievement.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety concerns.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
