Job Description

We are looking for Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
