1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

Aldi is looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes and ensure product quality and safety. The role requires adherence to company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
