1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This position offers competitive starting wages ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on the shift and schedule differential pay. As a package handler, you will play a crucial role in selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise in our warehouse, ensuring efficient order fulfillment for our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
