Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting at up to $22.00 per hour, depending on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure the timely delivery of products to our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and support budget goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate warehouse equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
